Arrival
The experience begins the moment guests arrive. Music, artists or visual acts help set the right atmosphere and make a great first impression.
Entertainment works best when it has a purpose within the event. It can accompany a dinner, welcome guests, encourage interaction or become one of the highlights of the programme.
That is why we don't work with a standard proposal. We take into account the audience, the venue and the flow of the event to recommend the right format, or to create a bespoke concept when the project calls for it.

02
During a cocktail reception, a dinner or a networking session, entertainment should enhance without intruding. We look for acts that add atmosphere while keeping conversation at the heart of the moment.
03
Some moments are meant to capture everyone's attention. A performance, a surprise entrance or a concept created for the occasion can become one of the most memorable parts of the event.

When it's time to raise the energy, entertainment carries the transition into the party and keeps the momentum going throughout the celebration. Music, artists and performances encourage guests to join in, dance and enjoy the moment.
Bands, soloists and a range of musical formats for receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, networking and parties. We choose each act based on the audience, the venue and the atmosphere the client is looking for.
Acts designed to take centre stage in the programme. Music, dance, choreography and staging in formats we adapt to the venue, the audience and the type of event.
Performers, light, movement and costume to bring the space to life and surprise your guests. They can be part of a welcome, accompany different moments of the programme or take the spotlight in a specific act.
Destination-inspired acts for clients who want to bring a cultural element into the programme. We work with local artists and look for formats that appeal to an international audience, without necessarily falling back on the most traditional options.
High-energy visual and musical acts to open an event, surprise the audience or capture everyone’s attention at a specific moment. Percussion, lights, movement and other formats designed for instant impact.
Magicians, comedians, mentalists and other artists who interact directly with guests. A great way to break the ice, spark conversation and get the audience involved naturally, especially at receptions, dinners and networking.
Concepts that envelop the audience through elements such as music, movement, scents, visual effects and staging. Productions like Tempus Mirum are designed to transform a moment of the event and make the audience feel part of what is happening.
Acrobatics and aerial dance for gala dinners, receptions and standout moments. We adapt the format to the characteristics of the venue and the event production to create a visual act that captures your guests’ attention.
Bands, DJs, saxophonists, percussion and performers to take the event into its most festive phase. We can handle just the music or create a fuller concept built around the dance floor.
Not every project has to start from an existing act. We also develop concepts specifically for a brand, a venue or a particular moment, defining the artists, music, look and staging to suit the needs of the event.

FAQ'S
We work with a wide network of artists and acts, which allows us to cover very different styles and formats. Rather than starting from a fixed catalogue, we look for what will work best for each project, whether that’s something more musical, visual or interactive, or a concept created especially for the event.
Before making a proposal, we want to understand the event properly: who will attend, the venue, the programme, the atmosphere you want to create and the role entertainment will play. We also look at the emotional flow to decide what each moment needs, so that no act is there simply because it works on its own.
Of course. We usually recommend the options ourselves once we know the project, as we can assess what fits best with the audience, the venue and the rest of the programme. But if the client already has an idea, a style or a specific concept in mind, we can find it and take care of making it happen.
Yes. When a project needs something that doesn’t exist yet, or we want to achieve a very specific result, we can develop a concept from scratch. Depending on the idea, we work on the artistic side, music, costumes, choreography, staging and production until the concept takes shape.
Our story began in live entertainment, but the way we work goes beyond booking artists. We look at the event as a whole and consider what role entertainment should play, when it should appear and what we want it to spark in the audience. We can handle a single act or plan all of the entertainment so it flows seamlessly throughout the event.
We work directly with companies and event organisers, and we also collaborate with agencies, DMCs and production teams. We take part in corporate events, MICE programmes, incentive trips and international trade fairs, adapting the way we work to whatever role Romslo needs to play in each project.
Yes. Over the years we have developed concepts inspired by the music and culture of different destinations, working with artists who know and represent that culture first-hand. These acts work especially well on incentive trips and international events, where clients want to introduce their guests to the destination in a thoughtful, authentic way.
Yes. We have a wide international network of trusted artists, suppliers and collaborators. This allows us to source talent at the destination itself and work with local teams we know, avoiding the need to bring in artists from another country when it isn’t necessary.
We have a particularly strong presence in Spain, Norway and Dubai, where we have our own team and an established network of artists and collaborators. We also run projects in other European countries thanks to the international network we have built up over the years.
Yes. We can coordinate everything a performance needs to run smoothly: sound, lighting, staging, technical rehearsals, timings and liaison with the artists. Where there is an overall production team, we work directly with them to integrate our requirements into the event.
Yes. In fact, it’s a common way of working for us. We can take on all of the entertainment or handle just one specific part of the project, coordinating directly with the agency, DMC, organiser or production team leading the event.
Not every moment needs the same energy. An arrival may call for something more subtle, while an opening needs to grab attention and a celebration has to get the audience lively and involved.
That is why we analyse the emotional flow of the event and consider what role entertainment should play at each moment. It’s not about adding acts for the sake of it, but about knowing when they should appear, what we want them to spark in the audience and how to connect them with what happens before and after.
This approach allows us to work on corporate events as well as MICE programmes and international trade fairs, whether we’re handling a single performance or planning the entertainment for the entire event so that it works as one seamless experience.
