1. General information
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Romslo Entertainment website, as well as the general conditions applicable to requesting and booking the services offered through it.
Romslo Entertainment offers services related to live music, artists, DJs, shows and other entertainment solutions for corporate events, weddings, private celebrations and other types of events.
For any queries relating to these Terms and Conditions, you can contact us by email at romslo@romslo-entertainment.com or by phone on +47 915 61 084.
2. Use of the website
Accessing and browsing this website implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this document.
Users undertake to use the website lawfully and responsibly, refraining from any activity that could damage, overload or prevent its proper functioning, or affect the rights of Romslo Entertainment or third parties.
The information published on the website is for information purposes only and may be modified or updated at any time.
3. Requests for services and quotes
Users can get in touch with Romslo Entertainment to request information or a tailored proposal for their event.
Submitting a contact form or requesting a quote does not automatically mean that any service has been booked, nor does it constitute a confirmed booking.
The features of the service, participating artists, location, date, times, technical requirements, price and other conditions will be specified in the corresponding proposal, quote or contract.
The booking will be considered confirmed once both parties have accepted the agreed conditions and, where applicable, the booking or payment requirements set out in the proposal have been met.
4. Prices and payments
Service prices will be set individually according to the characteristics and needs of each event.
The quote will state the services included and, where applicable, taxes, travel expenses, accommodation, technical equipment or other additional costs.
Payment terms and deadlines will be specified in each proposal or contract.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required to confirm the booking, the booking will not be considered definitively confirmed until that amount has been received.
5. Changes and cancellations
Any request for changes relating to the date, times, location, booked artists or features of the event must be communicated to Romslo Entertainment as soon as possible.
Whether changes can be made will depend on availability and may involve an adjustment to the originally agreed quote.
The specific conditions regarding cancellation and the refund of deposits or payments made will be those set out in the proposal or contract for each event.
Should an artist be unable to perform due to illness, accident, force majeure or any other exceptional circumstance, Romslo Entertainment may, wherever possible, propose an alternative of a similar nature.
6. Client obligations
The client must provide accurate and sufficient information about the event to allow for proper planning and delivery of the services booked.
Where necessary, the client must guarantee access to the venue, set-up and sound check times, the necessary technical conditions and any authorisation required for the performance to take place.
Specific requirements relating to the stage, power supply, sound, lighting, dressing rooms, access, set-up or other technical needs may be set out in the proposal or contract for each event.
7. Force majeure
Romslo Entertainment will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, among others, extreme weather conditions, serious illness, accidents, restrictions imposed by the authorities, industrial disputes, transport disruptions, natural disasters or other situations of force majeure.
In such cases, the parties will try to find a reasonable solution, such as changing the date, replacing the artist or any other viable alternative.
8. Intellectual property
The content available on this website, including texts, photographs, videos, graphic elements, logos, designs and other materials, is protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Its reproduction, distribution, modification or use for commercial purposes is not permitted without the prior authorisation of the holder of the corresponding rights.
The rights relating to artists, photographs, videos, music and other materials belonging to third parties belong to their respective owners.
9. Photographs and audiovisual material from events
Taking and using photographs or videos during events will be subject to the conditions agreed with the client and, where applicable, to the necessary authorisations.
Romslo Entertainment will not use identifiable images of clients or guests for promotional purposes where authorisation is required and has not been obtained.
10. Links to third-party websites
The website may contain links to pages, platforms or services managed by third parties.
Romslo Entertainment has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, privacy policies or terms of use.

11. Data protection
Personal data provided through forms, email or other means of contact will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
The data may be used to answer queries, prepare quotes, manage bookings and provide the services requested.

12. Liability
Romslo Entertainment will work to provide the services booked in accordance with the conditions agreed with each client.
However, it will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from circumstances beyond its control, from the client’s failure to meet its obligations or from actions directly attributable to third parties.
Specific liability conditions relating to each event may also be set out in the corresponding contract or commercial proposal.
13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Romslo Entertainment reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary to adapt them to changes in its services, the operation of the website or applicable legislation.
Changes will be published on this same page and will apply from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the legislation applicable according to the contracting entity, the service booked and the conditions set out in the corresponding contract or proposal.
Where a specific contract exists for an event, the provisions of that contract will prevail over these general conditions in the event of any discrepancy.
