ESRA Europe’s annual summit brought together 500 doctors at the Fram Museum in Oslo.
The main challenge was coordinating two spaces running simultaneously, with projection and sound for the talks and precise planning so that the whole experience flowed without interruption.
We designed and coordinated the entire production, combining a live band in one of the rooms with a DJ and saxophone format in the other, adapting the atmosphere to each moment of the event.
The evening turned into a great celebration, where production, creative direction and coordination made every transition feel completely natural.
